1. Criativo Dahora
This agreement establishes legal terms between users ("You") and the platform operator ("We"/"Our"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with all provisions. Criativo Dahora is an online platform that allows you to buy and sell digital files.
2. Your Account and Security
You must provide accurate, current personal information and maintain password confidentiality. The platform disclaims responsibility for losses resulting from failure to protect account security.
3. Use of Criativo Dahora
You must use the platform lawfully. Prohibited activities include: uploading files violating intellectual property rights; transmitting files containing malicious code; engaging in illegal or unauthorized use. We reserve the right to remove any content at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payments
Payment processing is handled externally via pagar.me. By accepting these terms, you also accept pagar.me's terms and conditions.
5. Warranty and Liability
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties. The platform assumes no liability for damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential, arising from use or inability to use the service.
6. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You should periodically verify changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of amendments.
7. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law regardless of legal conflicts.
8. Availability of Criativo Dahora
While striving for 24/7 availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, with advance notice when possible.
9. Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of those rights.
11. Headings
Section headings exist for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms.
12. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the complete agreement between the parties, superseding all prior communications. Amendments are only valid when made in writing and signed by the platform.
