The idea began taking shape in 2020, when designer Vandré Queiroz, with over 10 years of experience, envisioned an online service platform for designers. The original goal was to let clients schedule sessions and get live assistance from creative professionals — that's where the name Criativo Dahora came from, blending "criativo" (creative) with "Dahora" (meaning great, but also referencing time scheduling).

Despite the innovative idea, the model didn't move forward as expected.

In 2022, Vandré met Brendo Oliveira, who was studying programming at the time. After hearing the original concept, Brendo suggested a new direction: building a digital design resource library. Even while still learning, he said he could build it. That's when the Criativo Dahora we know today was truly born.

The first versions were built using a framework by developer Robson V. Leite through UpInside and CoffeeCode. As the project grew, the platform evolved to Laravel, bringing greater performance and scalability.

Since then, Criativo Dahora has grown to become Brazil's largest digital design resource marketplace, offering a vast library of files for commercial use.
